Bar staff are included in these package prices. Special Beverages Required: Due to our liquor license, we do not allow BYO beverages. Should there be a particular beer or wine that you prefer to drink that is not on our list, we are able to arrange this for you. These beverages will be purchased on your behalf and the price marked accordingly to cover delivery and labour to stock these onboard. We do require special beverages to be paid in full prior to the cruise. Due to liquor license any ‘special’ beverages remaining after the cruise is not able to be taken off the vessel on the day. They are to be picked up from our office at Pyrmont. Note: This option can work out to be quiet expensive. As we are buying outside of our normal stock, the beverages will be priced higher than Bottle Shop standards. Maritime Requirement for Closing of the Bar: It is a requirement imposed by Waterways and the Liquor Licence Board that the bar is closed 10 minutes prior to guests disembarking. Water police and Maritime vessels can board charter vessels for random licence and patron checks at any time. No passengers onboard are allowed to be intoxicated as we are a licensed premise. Responsible Service of Alcohol: All our vessels are fully licensed and therefore responsible service of alcohol is practiced. If a guest is deemed intoxicated, further beverage service will be refused and water will be provided. All guests are asked to carry identification for proof of age if our staff need to see this. If no identification is able to be shown, then alcohol service will not be available for this guest. No passenger under the age of 18, under any circumstance, will be allowed to consume any form of alcohol. It is illegal for other guests to provide underage drinkers with alcohol on board a licensed premise.
