Cocktail Menus

Our cocktail menus are made up of two separate components: bite-sized food items circulated by our waitstaff and a self-serve buffet. Guests are provided with a side plate and knife to help themselves to the buffet. As there are no tables set up in the dining room, guests can mingle throughout the vessel whilst enjoying the buffet items. Cocktail menus are perfect for networking functions or casual weddings.

Cucumber cups filled with Thai beef salad and sesame seeds
Minced chicken, coconut and kaffir lime san choy bau
