Antipasto plate – char-grilled eggplant, red capsicum, marinated fetta, asparagus and cured Italian meats

Corn fed chicken with honeycup mustard on a bed of broccolini and braised leek
Beef fillet with mushroom ragout, green beans with parsley butter
Char-grilled vegetable stack with roast capsicum sauce
Crispy skin salmon with warm potato gratin & wasabi mascarpone

Veal medallion with sage and prosciutto, parsnip mash and red wine jus
Seared barramundi fillet on prawn risotto with a tomato and saffron broth
Lamb noisettes on a bed of spinach & roasted beetroot with port wine jus
